How to Pay Your Kohl’s Credit Card Bill Online or In-Store

Paying your Kohl’s credit card, also known as the Kohl’s Charge card, is easy and convenient through multiple methods. As a Kohl’s cardholder myself, I find it useful to have several options to choose from each month when making my payment. You’ll need to enter your bank account information to link an outside checking or savings account. Payments from a linked bank account are always free. It’s fast, easy, and you can schedule future payments too. I like to set up my Kohl’s card payment as a recurring monthly transaction so I never forget.

Use the Kohl’s Mobile App

Another convenient option is to pay through the Kohl’s mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices The app allows you to manage your account, view your rewards, and also make quick payments by linking your bank account.

I find the mobile app super handy when I’m on the go. I can check my balance, track my Kohl’s Cash, and pay my bill within seconds all from my phone. It’s especially useful when I forget to pay before the due date – I can submit a payment even after hours or on weekends to avoid late fees.

Call the Payment Line

You can also make a payment over the phone by calling 1-855-564-5705. This automated payment system is available 24/7 so it’s a good last minute option if your bill is due and you need to pay immediately. The payment will process right away when you enter your Kohl’s card and bank account details through the automated system.

One thing to note is that phone payments made after 7pm Central time will post the next day. So if you need your payment to apply ASAP call before 7pm. In my experience the phone payments are easy to set up, but the online options are faster.

In-Store Payment Options

Pay at the Register

All Kohl’s stores allow you to make credit card payments at the register when checking out. You can pay by cash, check, money order, or another debit/credit card – whatever is most convenient for you. The payment will be credited to your account right away so it’s a great option if your bill is approaching the due date.

Whenever I shop at my local Kohl’s, I swing by customer service and make my credit card payment along with my purchases. It lets me easily combine a payment and shopping trip in one go. The associates are always happy to take a payment – just share your Kohl’s card number or present the card and they can pull up your account.

Pay at Customer Service

For a faster and more dedicated payment experience, stop by the customer service desk. You can make a payment via any method there as well, without having to wait in a longer checkout line.

I like to use the customer service desk when I’m not actually shopping that day but just stopping in to make a credit card payment. The associates quickly process my payment so I can be on my way. It’s quick and efficient.

Use the In-Store Kiosks

Some locations also have payment kiosks available. These self-service stations allow you to pay your Kohl’s card bill with your Kohl’s card, pin, and payment method. Many also accept cash payments.

I’ve used the kiosks a couple times when I want to run in and make a quick payment without waiting in any line. They are easy to find, usually located up front, and provide a fast payment processing option. I can get in and out in just a couple minutes.
